Design essentials
Discovery → visit check-in → reward → return visit. We connected each feature into one customer journey.
The challenge to solve
Local store search services struggle to record the relationship after discovery, and owners lack a way to turn visitors into regulars. Consumer discovery and store operation had to meet in one service.
The approach we chose
We designed store discovery, on-site check-in, coupons, reviews and repeat-visit records as one loop — an editorial way to discover the neighbourhood for users, and separate entry points for joining and operating for store owners.
What changed
We built a local service foundation that carries a store search beyond a one-off visit to on-site check-in, rewards and repeat visits.
The point where online browsing meets an in-store visit.
We guide the role of QR and NFC and the order of check-in and verification, separating simple page views from real visits.

From discovery to visit
We designed the sequence so map and category browsing leads naturally to QR/NFC check-in on site.
A neighbourhood editor's view
Beyond simple listings, alley routes and owners' stories became content assets unique to the local platform.
Two-sided user structure
We clearly separated customer discovery from store onboarding and operations, while connecting them through loyal-customer data.
