SOVI

A marketing workspace for small businesses that ties an AI assistant and purpose-built tools into one flow.

Connecting small businesses' marketing from conversation to execution

Design essentials

Free conversation and purpose-built tools — two starting points designed around how clear the problem is.

The challenge to solve

The more AI features a product has, the harder it is to know which tool to use and when. Small businesses without marketing staff needed a flow where they could describe their situation and get a result they could use right away.

The approach we chose

Vague questions go to the AI assistant; tasks with a defined output go to purpose-built tools. Showing example results and task-based starting points first lets people act before learning features.

What changed

We organized 44 purpose-built tools and AI conversation into one usage model, so small business owners can move quickly from an idea to ready-to-use promotional copy.

The job to be done, before feature names.

Tasks users actually want to do — content creation, review management, campaigns — became the starting points for finding tools.

Know the shape of the result before you type.

Showing the material to prepare and the output items together lets users judge what they can hand off.

Two ways to start

Separating free conversation from specialist tools lets users choose the right entry point for how clear their problem is.

Proving the result first

Industry-specific requests and example results come before feature descriptions, so the service's value is quick to judge.

Keeping work context

Business information and previous results carry into the next task — a workspace structure reflected throughout the product.
