Design essentials
Business requests, company research and hiring — we gave visitors with different goals their own paths.
The challenge to solve
A facility management company's expertise and trust are built in operation, but first-time visitors can't easily see that value. The site had to explain the company's experience and scope while also serving inquiries and job seekers.
The approach we chose
Instead of a long company introduction, business areas, company values, field experience, inquiries and hiring became independent navigation axes. Desktop and mobile edit the same information with different priorities so the key message is read first.
What changed
We unified company and service information into one consistent impression and gave different goals such as inquiries and hiring clear paths.
Read the values the company stands by first.
We explained the purpose of facility management in terms of spaces and people, and connected it to exploring the business areas.

So exploring the business leads to a concrete inquiry.
Inquiry purposes such as facility management, security, cleaning and hiring are separated so visitors can clearly choose what they want to request.

A structure that explains trust first
Company values and management experience follow the first screen, so visitors understand the company's standards before the service list.
Separating visitors with different goals
Business requests, company information and careers each got a short path, so different goals don't mix.
Re-editing information for mobile
Rather than shrinking the desktop layout, we re-arranged key sentences and business information for how people read on mobile.
